The Work You’ll Lead
As a Project Manager at Deswik, you’ll lead the rollout of complex mining software solutions that change the way our customers run their operations. These programs transform how mines plan, schedule, and operate, driving efficiency and better decision-making for our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the program: Guide full-cycle implementation of Deswik software across multiple mine sites
- Work collaboratively: Partner with software, sales, and consulting teams to deliver customer projects
- Support our customers: Translate customer needs and business reality into actionable plans—and steer expectations smartly
- Influence change: Lead change management with confidence, coaching customer teams so that software solutions stick
- Manage risk: Anticipate risks, balance competing priorities, and keep projects on track
- Best practice: Collaborate with fellow Project Managers across our network to share best practices and elevate project excellence globally
About You
You are an experienced Project Manager who has worked on large, multi-site enterprise software implementations, preferably in the Mining sector.
- Bachelor of IT (or similar)
- Able to scope, draft proposals, deliver and support the implementation of new technology and software
- Experienced at assessing and facilitating change in large organisations
- Experience in mining or heavy industry processes and environment (advantageous)
- Formal qualifications in Project Management highly regarded but proven results matter most
