At Deswik, you’ll join a stable, global company with a strong presence in South Africa. You’ll enjoy hybrid working (two days WFH, three in our Roodepoort office), combined with travel to mine sites across the region. That travel gives you the chance to broaden your experience, solve diverse operational challenges, and grow your consulting expertise.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of mining engineers and software specialists who value practical solutions, not just theory.  

You’ll work directly with customers to scope projects, implement solutions, and train teams on Deswik’s specialised software suite. Expect variety—no two sites or customers are the same. You’ll spend time on site helping operations roll out Deswik, building trusted relationships, and providing feedback to our product teams to ensure software stays relevant to real-world mining.
